Who we are
Sightline is a sales research tool operated by Elevate Sales Academy ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the tool or share your contact details.
What we collect
- Contact details you submit: first and last name, email address, phone number and company.
- Consent records: whether you opted in to email and SMS, the exact consent wording shown, the timestamp, IP address and browser user agent.
- Research inputs you type into the tool (industry, department, roles, notes) so we can generate your brief.
How we use it
We use your details to deliver the research briefs, product updates, sales resources and — if you opted in — SMS messages. Consent records are stored to prove compliance with messaging regulations.
SMS messaging
If you opt in to text messages, you'll receive messages from Elevate Sales Academy at the number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not remove you from email. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
Sharing
We share data with the service providers who run our CRM, email and SMS delivery on our behalf, and with the AI provider that generates your brief. If you connect your own AI key, it is stored in your browser only and used to call that provider directly. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and your rights
We keep contact and consent records for as long as you remain subscribed plus the period required by law. You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
