Sightline is provided by Elevate Sales Academy for sales research and planning. By using it you agree to these terms. Don't use the tool for unlawful, deceptive or abusive outreach, and don't attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.

Briefs are generated by AI models and may contain inaccuracies. Verify facts, figures and company details before using them with a prospect. You are responsible for what you send.

If you connect your own AI provider key, it stays in your browser and is used to call that provider on your behalf. Usage is billed by that provider directly to you, and their terms apply to those requests.

Submitting the contact form with SMS opt-in checked authorizes Elevate Sales Academy to text the number you provided. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

You keep ownership of the inputs you enter and the briefs you generate. We keep ownership of the Sightline software, prompts and branding.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Elevate Sales Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the tool.
